How do I order custom t-shirts?

There are a couple different ways to get started with your custom t-shirt order. If you’re looking to create a design yourself, dive right into our Design Studio and start designing your t-shirts from scratch. If you have a particular product in mind, get started in our Browse Products section to find the right product for your custom shirts.

Once you have found the perfect product, you will start creating your design using our Design Studio. If you are looking to start with a design you can head over to our Design Templates section and browse through our t-shirts designs to get you started. Once you have completed your design, save it to your account and you are ready to place your order.

Can I order just 1 shirt?

Yes, you can order just one shirt. Take advantage of custom t-shirts with no minimum order requirement using our digital printing method. Order as few as just one when digitally printing. For screen printed and embroidered orders, there’s a 12 piece minimum due to the extensive setup times of these processes. How much does a t-shirt cost?

Several factors determine the price of your custom t-shirt including quantity, shirt color, number of ink colors, number of print locations, and decoration method. There is a quote calculator available for each product in the catalog that allows you to enter the variables that will determine the cost of your t-shirts. If you are looking to compare products, take advantage of our Price Quote filter in the product catalog. This will allow you to compare products by price. What size shirts can I order?

Sizing can vary depending on the particular brand and style. That’s why we include a detailed sizing chart on every product page to take out the guesswork. Most standard t-shirts come in XS-3XL and there are youth sizes available in some of our most popular products along with a section of our apparel catalog dedicated to kids. Is there a discount if I’m ordering for a group?

Yes, the more shirts you order the larger the discount you’ll receive. The quote calculator for each product will give you a price as well as a breakdown of the discounts for larger quantities.

What if I need help designing my t-shirt?

Need help with your design? No problem. Our Design Templates are a great way to get started with your custom t-shirts. Our talented team of artists have created a great selection of t-shirt designs to help get you started. Browse through the designs, select the one you love and customize it to create the perfect shirt.

What is the difference between Digital and Screen Printing?

Depending on your quantity, product, design and needs by date there are two different methods used to print your custom t-shirts. Digital printing is typically used for small orders. It uses CMYK inks with advanced ink jet printing to print your design directly on the t-shirt.

With digital printing, there are no minimums and no limitations when it comes to color count or complexity. Screen printing, on the other hand, is the traditional t-shirt printing method where each color is separated and burned to individual fine-mesh screens before printing ink through the screens.

You’ll need at least 12 pieces to have your order screen printed, and keep in mind that the number of colors in your design is used to calculate the screen printed price.
